Imperial War Museum with lunch at Bartellas.

This has taken place and as large number of Members wished to attend necessitated a second successful trip.

5th March – Rubens exhibition

May – Hatfield House and Craft Fair

24th June – Godinton House Delphinium Week & Willesborough Windmill

14th July –Hop Shop Lavender Farm, Castle Hotel, Eynesford and Lullingstone Roman Villa

5th August – Waddesdon Manor, Aylesbury

24th September –Restoration House, Rochester

21 Members attended this trip and had a most enjoyable day.  The house has many interesting features and history and the Guides were very informative.  The gardens are a delight and are still being developed.  This would warrant a further visit in summer 2016 to see the development of the medieval garden.

21st October – visit to Kenwood House.

50 Members attended this visit.  The house has an excellent collection of paintings and the two guides were very informative.  After lunch we were able to wander around the house and re-visit the collection at our own pace.  Unfortunately, due to the wet weather, we were not able to fully explore the lovely grounds on this occasion.

15th December – lunch at Bartellas
